For "Resources room," I'd say "Ystafell Adnoddau."

As for "Site Management," I'm not sure. The "Geiriadur Termau" (Dictionary of Terms) gives "Safle" for "Site," and either "Goruwchwyliaeth" or "Rheolaeth" for "Management."

How about consulting one of the bilingual schools? I taught at Llanhari, in what was then Mid-Glamorganshire. I know they have a website.
