Caroline, I concur with Marjorie that the suggestions she made are accurate. With regard to the second, I prefer Safle Rheolaeth to Goruwchwyliaeth. The latter strictly means supervision, which still implies a measure of management and
could still be loosely used as well.
Caroline, would you please acknowledge our contribution, and at the same time explain why you had to seek an answer on the internet for a Welsh language question
when you work among schoolteachers in a Welsh school in Wales.
The answers above came from America, where Marjorie lives, and from Canada where I live; the fact that the information you sought could not be obtained from within your school is mind-boggling to say the least.
