Translation for wedding band |

My bride-to-be and I are both of Welsh descent, and would like to have "You are my one" engraved in Welsh inside our wedding bands (provided it will fit!). I realize that many languages don't handle fragmented sentences very well, but any help with the translation would be hugely appreciated. Thank You!
