It's important to show our bilingual Nation in every aspect of our lives.Can the D be used in South Wales also? I ask because of a story that I recently read - a Learner's (language) story. It seemed to say that the L was mandatory but that some in North Wales had permission to use the D instead. Please educate me? Hazel
