!I very much agree with most of what you say Jonathan, but i'm afraid you're slightly off the mark where Wales is concerned. It's nothing whatsoever to do with national sentiment being " over expressed " as you put it, it's much more to do with national " recognition " which the Wales quite frankly has had little of. Hwyl
