ONE RECIPE I USED AT SCHOOL WAS EGGS IN A NEST,
JUST MASH ENOUGH POTATOES FOR WHAT YOU NEED ADD SOMME BUTTER & A PINCH OF NUTMEG,PUT IN A DEEP OVEN PROOF DISH MAKE EITHER 2 OR 4 (DEPENDING ON HOW MANY YOU ARE CATERING FOR) MAKE 2 OR 4 HOLES BIG ENOUGH TO DROP 2 OR 4CRACKED EGGS IN THEM,THEN PUT IN A GAS MARK 5 OVEN & BAKE FOR APPROX 20-25 MINS OR UNTIL EGGS ARE COOKED 20MINS SOFT OR 25-30 MINS HARD,THEN PUT LOADS OF PREF GRATED RED CHEDDAR CHEESE ALL OVER & FINISH OF UNDER THE GRILL OR PUT BACK IN THE OVEN FOR 2-3 MINS FINISH WITH SOME PARSLEY SPRIGS ON TOP.

HOPE THIS HELPS IT WILL GO DOWN A TREAT (TRUST ME) MICK...
