Role overview
Britannia is seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic Front Office Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to contribute to the growth of our leading brokerage by selling Britannia’s financial products to a diverse range of clients.
Main responsibilities
- Lead generation & conversion: Identify prospective clients, build relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
- Sales & promotion: Present, promote, and sell Britannia’s products and services using effective communication and sales techniques.
- Client relationship management: Maintain and expand a strong client base, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market engagement: Liaise with trading desks to understand products and identify market opportunities.
- Sales outreach: Meet and exceed outbound call and email activity targets to drive business growth.
Essential skills/experience
- Sales drive: Demonstrated passion, energy, and motivation in a sales environment.
- Proven track record: Experience exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
Preferred qualifications & industry knowledge:
- Background in trading, CFDs, or brokerage (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in the financial sector (preferable).
- University degree in finance, business, or a related field (desirable).
