Role overview

Britannia is seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic Front Office Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to contribute to the growth of our leading brokerage by selling Britannia’s financial products to a diverse range of clients.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead generation & conversion: Identify prospective clients, build relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Sales & promotion: Present, promote, and sell Britannia’s products and services using effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Client relationship management: Maintain and expand a strong client base, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Market engagement: Liaise with trading desks to understand products and identify market opportunities.
  • Sales outreach: Meet and exceed outbound call and email activity targets to drive business growth.

Essential skills/experience

  • Sales drive: Demonstrated passion, energy, and motivation in a sales environment.
  • Proven track record: Experience exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.

Preferred qualifications & industry knowledge:

  • Background in trading, CFDs, or brokerage (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in the financial sector (preferable).
  • University degree in finance, business, or a related field (desirable).
